checking the bank to see if your paycheck arrived yet
changing a flat tire
getting a flat tire fixed immediately (never know when you will need it again!)
double checking everything because you're NOT coming back if you forgot anything!

~ shopping in an ethnic store is your ONLY choice!
~ you look up at the stars and cannot find the ones you know
~ Facebook is your best friend
~ a phone call from the states is a BIG deal !
~ a visit from friends in the U.S. is a BIG deal !!
~ a visit to go SEE friends in the U.S. is an even bigger deal !!!
~ U.S headlines aren't that big a deal...
~ you drive by a forest fire with flames taller than your truck - and it's no big deal...
~ box office release dates mean nothing...
~ price roll backs mean the expiration date is very near
~ you don't have to go to the zoo to see monkeys, or crocodiles, or armadillos, or polecats
~ many of your friends have names that are hard to pronounce, let alone spell
